A old piece I did while at school. It was for a game design project. Believe it or not, about 80% of all artwork done for video games are paintings over lightly rendered 3D frames. I painted over a basic 3D environment with detailed descriptions of what needed to be where within the painting. Like, for gameplay, there had to be a lift of some sort to the left of the cliff side.
